Administrative procedures and administrative disputes

Administrative procedure is a set of rules through which administrative matters are resolved before state bodies, bodies of state administration, local self-government bodies, local administration bodies, institutions, and other entities exercising public authority,

such as the issuance of administrative acts, conclusion of administrative contracts, protection of service users of general interest, and undertaking other administrative activities in administrative matters, in accordance with the law.
